摘　　要：目的观察维持性血液透析病人服用口服营养补充剂(ONS)的临床效果。方法 60例终末期慢性肾衰和维持性血液透析(MHD)患者随机分为两组,对照组治疗期间不控制饮食,观察组治疗期间给予ONS肠内营养支持治疗,于治疗前、治疗后3个月及治疗后6个月以主观综合营养评估(SGA)、人体测量指标和生化指标观察效果。结果除中臂肌围、身体脂肪外,观察组治疗后的各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 MHD患者大部分处于营养不良状态,ONS可满足MHD患者的营养需求,改善其营养状况,对提高生存质量有积极作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral nutritional supplements（ONS） for maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 60 cases of MHD patients with end-stage chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups.During treatment,the control group did not diet.The observation group during treatment took ONS.The subjective comprehensive nutritional assessment（SGA）、nathropometric indicators and biochemical indicators before treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment were observed to show the effects.Results All the parameters except mid-arm muscle circumference,body fat of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion Most of MHD patients are malnourished.ONS can meet the nutritional needs of MHD patients and improve their nutritional status.It has a positive effect on improving the quality of their life.
