2324例泌尿生殖道支原体感染调查及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析我院解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)在泌尿生殖道感染中的分离及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供科学的参考依据。方法应用珠海市迪尔公司提供的支原体培养、鉴定药敏一体化试剂盒对2324例泌尿生殖道感染患者的泌尿、生殖道分泌物标本进行体外支原体培养、鉴定及药物敏感试验。结果 2324例标本中1512份标本培养出支原体,阳性率为65.06%。其中解脲支原体(Uu)阳性率为47.50%;人型支原体(Mh)阳性率为9.42%;Uu合并Mh阳性率为8.13%。女性感染支原体阳性率为68.20%,明显高于男性的44.04%(P<0.01)。各年龄段阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)及Uu和Mh混合感染珠对交沙霉素、美满霉素和强力霉素敏感度均相对高于其他抗生素。结论支原体是导致性传播泌尿生殖道感染常见的病原体之一;我院支原体感染以Uu为主,药敏以四环素类效果最好,以交沙霉素、美满霉素和强力霉素为首选。Objective To investigate the separation and drug resistance of urea mycoplasma（Uu） and mycoplasma hominis（Mh） in genitourinary tract infection in order to provide scientific reference for rational clinical drug use.Methods Urine and genitalsecretion of 2324 cases of patients with genitourinary tract infection were conducted mycoplasma cultivation,identification and drug susceptibility testing by means of mycoplasma cultivation and appraisal drug susceptibility integrated kits provided by Di＇er based on Shanghai.drug susceptibility testing.Results 1512 in 2324 samples were cultivated into mycoplasma and the positive rate was 65.06%.And the positive rate of Uu was 47.50% and that of Mh was 9.42%.The total positive rate of Uu and Mh was 8.13%.The positive rate of women infected with mycoplasma was 68.20%,which was significantly higher than that（44.04%） of male（P0.01）.Positive rates of ages were significantly different.Sensibility of urea mycoplasma（Uu）,mycoplasma hominis（Mh） and their mixture to sand amphotericin,perfect amphotericin and doxycycline relatively was higher than other antibiotics.Conclusion Mycoplasma is one of the common pathogens t causing genitourinary tract infection transmitted sexually.In our hospital,Uu was more common.For antimicrobial susceptibility,the tetracycline class is the best,among which sand amphotericin,perfect amphotericin and doxycycline are the first choice.
