摘 要:采用基础隔震技术建造的现代建筑已经遍布全世界 ,不少隔震房屋经受了强地震的考验 ,表现出良好的抗震性能。有些国家已颁发了隔震结构的技术规程 ,预计基础隔震技术将越来越多地用于不同形式的结构上。隔震技术的出现使我们有更多的设计方案选择。依据所要达到的安全程度 ,可选择采用主动隔震结构控制技术、被动隔震结构控制技术或传统的抗震设计方法。每一种设计方案将保证建筑物内的人员安全、财产安全或设施的正常运行。这种概念以及相应的技术规程已经开始进行研究 ,并可能在本世纪初得以实现。Modern buildings using base-isolation technology are constructed all over the world. Quite a few isolated buildings have withstood strong earthquakes and shown good earthquake resistant behavior. The technical codes for isolated structure have been issued in several countries.It is expected that the base-isolation technology will be used more and more for various types of structures. The emerging of isolation technology will provide more desgn schemes for us to choose. Depending on the degree of safety to achieve structural control technique like active isolation,passive isolation or conventional seismic design method can be chosen. Each design scheme will ensure the personal security, property safety or the operation of facilities in the building. Such design concept and the corresponding technical codes are under study, which may be implemented in the next century.
