试论当前我国社会心态的优化

摘　　要：社会心态的优化日益成为我国战略机遇期一个倍受关注的问题,面对人民群众日益增长的多重利益诉求和不断凸显的社会矛盾,如何培育和发展积极健康的社会心态成为一项艰巨而紧迫的任务。当今中国存在浮躁、喧嚣、忽悠、炒作、炫富、暴戾、装穷、冷漠等不良社会心态,究其原因是,利益诉求渠道不畅、城镇化及大规模人群流动、西方文化的冲击和新型媒体的快速传播。宜从政治环境上,深化体制改革和促进管理创新;经济环境上,更加注重以民为本和公平至上;通过社会文化创新,进一步树立社会主义核心价值观;进一步完善社区建设与社会工作,促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。The optimization of social mentality has drawn greater attention in public during the period of strategic op- portunity in China. Facing the growth of people＇s multiple interests demand and sharp social contradictions, how to cultivate and develop positive and health social mentality has become an arduous and pressing task. Recently, a se- ries of adverse social mentality, like fickleness, ruction, sweet - talk, speculation, flaunting wealth,being ruthless and cruel, pretending to be poor, coldness and so on, exist in China. The reasons for that include the impediment of interest demand channel, urbanization and large - scale flow of population, the impact of western culture and the rapid spread of new media. Therefore, it is necessary to take a series of measures from the following four aspects, namely deepening system reform and promoting the management innovation in political environment, paying more attention to the idea of people - oriented and fair first in economic environment, setting up socialist core values by social cultural innovation, improving the construction of community and social work, so as to promote the construc- tion of socialist harmonious society.
