中国—东盟经贸关系的发展与深化

摘　　要：中国与东盟双边经贸关系表现为:货物贸易持续增长,贸易结构愈显互补性,东盟对华投资向一、二、三产业全面投资,中国对东盟投资能力增强等多个特点。深化双边经贸关系的思路是:到2015年我国零关税基本达到全面利用;产品在东盟有良好的市场形象;双边初步具备互联互通的基础设施条件。中国应与东盟各国海关合作,提高零关税利用率以及开展国家营销,提升产品形象。China and ASEAN bilateral economic and trade relations have such characteristics as stable increase in commodity trade,increasing complementarities in trade structures,ASEAN＇s overall investment in China＇s primary,secondary and tertiary industries,China＇s enhanced investment capacity in ASEAN.The ideas to enhance the bilateral economic and trade relations between China and ASEAN include the full application of China＇s zero tariff by the year 2015,building good market images for Chinese products in ASEAN markets,and basically connecting the infrastructure between China and ASEAN.China should cooperate with ASEAN＇s Customs,increase the application ratio of zero tariffs and launch national marketing to improve the product images.
