摘　　要：在住宅产业化概念的基础上 ,阐明了中国今后住宅产业化的发展目标和方向 ,指出中国住宅产业化发展的途径 ,阐述了中国住宅产业化准备工作和正式实施时应进行的内容、步骤和具体方法 ,提出了在中国发展住宅产业化应采取的住宅建筑技术综合化。On the basis of the concept of housing industrialization, the object direction and way of developing housing industrialization in China are explained The content, procedure and methods during the course of preparation and implement of developing housing industrialization are interpreted The multivariate development strategy is put forward that comprehensive housing construction technology should be applied and the different level of integration in housing industrialization should be combined
