浅谈系统思维方法在高校人才引进工作中的应用

摘　　要：本文探讨高校人才引进工作对于提高高校师资队伍建设水平、推动高等学校科学发展积极作用的同时,根据系统哲学和系统科学原理,分析当前高校人才引进工作现状,针对性地提出了加强高校人才引进工作的系统思维方法、途径和手段,为高校人才引进工作更好地服务学校发展进行了有益尝试和深入探索。This article aims at the discussion of positive roles that talent introduction programs are playing in institutions of higher education,such as enhancing the construction of faculty team,promoting the science development of higher schools an so on.Meanwhile,based on the theories of systematic philosophy and systematic science,the current situation of talent introduction in colleges and universities is analyzed,and accordingly the systematic way of thinking in talent introduction is advocated to be adopted and its application is proposed to be generalized in higher education,so that the talent introduction program in colleges and universities will make it to serve as a fruitful effort and further exploration in the school＇s continuing development.
