摘　　要：胡锦涛继承和发展了党的人才思想,形成了独具特色的科学人才观。科学人才观第一要义是拓宽人才内涵、创新衡量标准,核心是完善用人标准、活化用人机制,基本要求是突出人才作用、提升人才地位,根本方法是牢固树立科学人才观念,始终坚持党管人才原则。Hu Jintao inherited and developed the CPC＇ s view on talents and formed his own outstanding scientific view on talents. Its essence is widening the connotation of talents and innovating the evaluation criterion. Its core is perfecting the employment standard and activating the employment system. Its basic requirement is outlining talent function and upgrading the talents＇ status. The fundamental way is firmly holding the scientific view on talent and the principle of Party supervision over talents.
