摘　　要：基于自组织的形成条件,运用内容分析法,对日本地震中某谣言在新浪微博中的扩散过程进行考察,发现微博具有自我纠正的功能,其自组织的形成条件和传播方式也遵循自组织的运行规律。微博具有的自组织机制为微博管理提供了另一种视角和启示。Based on the formational conditions of Self--organization, by Content analysis method,the paper analyses the diffusion process of rumor in the Japan＇ s earthquake on Sina＇ s weibo, find that Micro--hlog has the function of self-correction, its＇ formational conditions and communication model also adheres to the operation law of Self--organization. The Self--organization mechanism on Micro--blog provides another view for the regulation on Micro-- blog.
