摘 要:目的研究扇贝多糖抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。方法选1日龄北京鸭,人工感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV),感染后第7d,阳性鸭随机分为模型组、拉米夫定阳性对照组(50mg.kg-1)和扇贝多糖(75、150、300mg.kg-1)3个剂量组,均连续灌胃给药10d,每日2次。分别于给药前、给药5d、10d及停药后3d取血清,应用斑点杂交法检测血清中DHBV-DNA水平。结果扇贝多糖150、300mg.kg-1剂量组于用药后5d、10d,与给药前(T0)比较,血清DHBV-DNA水平明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论扇贝多糖体内有抑制DHBV的作用。We have evaluated the effect of scallop polysaccharides on duck Hepatitis B virus(DHBV) replication in ducklings in vivo.One-day-old ducklings were infected with DHBV.When positive serum DHBV was detected in 7 day infected ducks,the animals were randomly divided into model group,positive control drug(50 mg·kg-1) group and scallop polysaccharides(75,150,and 300 mg·kg-1) groups.Drugs were given bid for 10 successive days orally.The concentration of DHBV-DNA in serum was detected by dot-hybridization test before and after treatment on day 5,day 10 and day 3 after stopping treatment,respectively.After giving medication with scallop polysaccharides(150 and 300 mg·kg-1),the optic density value of DHBV-DNA in ducks serum were obviously lower than that before treatment,and there were significant difference(P0.01,P0.05).The results suggest that scallop polysaccharides have significant inhibitory effects on DHBV.
