摘　　要：和谐的阶层关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要前提和基础,是激发社会各阶层人员创造力的强大动力,是缓和和解决各类社会矛盾的润滑剂。进入改革开放时期以来,在行政管理体制、生产资料所有制、分配方式、产业结构、培育市场体系、社会事业等方面的改革逐步深化,使原有的社会阶层开始分化,关系不断调整,同时一些新的社会阶层也相伴而生,阶层关系还处在形成和调整阶段。由于收入分配差距过大、政治权利保障不平衡、社会地位不对称、价值观念多元化等原因,导致阶层关系出现矛盾。要通过发挥政府的主导作用和社会组织的调节作用,调动社会各阶层的积极因素,促进社会阶层关系和谐,构建社会主义和谐社会。Harmonious class relationship is the important premise and basis of constructing the socialist harmonious society.It is the power of stimulating each estate personnel creativity and the lubricant of easing and resolving various social contradictions.Since we entered the period of reform and opening-up,along with the reform in the areas of the administration management system,the ownership of the means of production,the mode of distribution,the industrial structure,the market system cultivation and the social undertakings deepening stage and stage,the original social classes began to be differentiating with some new social classes having been born.Nowadays,class relations are still in the phase of forming and adjusting.Because of the gap of the income distribution,the imbalance of political rights,the asymmetric of social status and the diversified values etc,many contradictions have been caused between the classes.In order to construct the socialist harmonious society,we must develop the leading role of the government and the regulatory effect of the social organization and mobilize each social class positive factors to promote social harmony in class relations.
