摘　　要：邹祗谟词论是清初词学进程中很重要的组成部分,是云间词派向阳羡词派、浙西词派流变的中间环节。邹祗谟推尊词体,其尊体观上继陈子龙风骚寄托之说,下启陈维崧存经存史说。同时,邹祗谟推重今词,这有助于推动词学创作的兴盛。更为重要的是,在清初"花草"之风盛行之际,邹祗谟给与南宋词相当大的关注,重视姜史婉约一派和陆游闲澹一派,为此后词坛的发展拓宽了道路。此外,邹祗谟主张创作中求新立异,同时提倡规范词律,强调辨体,促进词体保持本色的前提下获得新的发展。Zou Zhimo＇s Ci theory,as an intermediate link from Yunjian Ci school to Yangxian and Zhexi Ci schools,was important in the progress of Ci theroy in the early Qing dynasty.Zou Zhimo paid regard to Ci style;his viewpoint connected the ideas of Chen Zilong and Chen Weisong.Meanwhile he paid attention to contemporary Ci writing,promoting the prosperity of Qing Ci.Under the vogue of Hua Jian Ci and Cao Tang Shi Yu,Zou Zhimo emphasized Southern Song Ci,including Jiang Kui,Shi Dazu,Lu You Ci schools,widening the progressive way of Ci.Apart from these,Zou Zhimo favored innovation and advocated Ci style criterion so that Ci gained new development and kept its distinctive character as well.
