摘　　要：在经历了全球金融危机的短暂影响后,世界天然气需求继续稳定攀升,但地缘政治因素和经济形势使得区域增长步幅不均。对中国天然气市场特点和发展前景进行了分析和预测。基于中国国情和天然气工业与市场发展趋势,提出了中国天然气市场发展策略,即立足国内资源保障市场供应;加强天然气储存设施建设,保证供气安全;理顺天然气价格水平,建立价格调整机制;多元、多样和灵活的天然气进口策略;加强国际合作,实现互利共赢;发展天然气现货交易,建立天然气交易市场(中心)。Having experienced the temporary impact derived from global financial crisis,the world gas demand now is backing to the path of stable growth. However,different geopolitical and economic situations make different growth rates in different regions,which provide chances for developing China's natural gas industry. According to analysis on China's natural gas market characteristic and prediction on the development prospect for the market,based on China's national conditions,strategies on promoting natural gas market development in China are offered:basing on domestic resources development to guaranteeing market supply,strengthening construction of gas storage facilities to ensure gas supply safety;rationalizing natural gas prices level and establishing a gas price adjustment mechanism,adopting multiple,diversified and flexible gas imports strategy;strengthening international cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with other countries;promoting natural gas spot trading and build up a natural gas trading market/center.
