摘 要:为了扩大高炉喷吹用煤煤源,降低高炉喷吹用煤成本,本试验探索用廉价的焦化除尘灰代替部分无烟煤用于高炉喷吹的可行性。在对高炉喷吹用煤进行工业分析和粒度分布研究的基础上,进一步研究了高炉喷吹用煤的反应性及其影响因素。初步研究表明:高炉喷吹用煤中配入适当比例的焦化除尘灰,对高炉喷吹用煤的反应性影响不大。在焦化除尘灰的配比小于15%的条件下用作高炉喷吹是可行的。In order to expand source of coal used in pulverized coal injection(PCI coal) and reduce the cost of PCI coal,the feasibility to use the cheap coking fly ash instead of a part of anthracite for blast furnace injection was explored.First,industry analysis and particle size distribution of PCI coal were investigated.And then,the reactivity of PCI coal and its influencing factors were researched.Preliminary studies indicated that coal injection in blast furnace with the appropriate proportion of coking fly ash on the reactivity of PCI coal had little effect.It was feasible that coking fly ash was used in pulverized coal injection if the ratio of coking fly ash was less than 15%.
