利用锥形沉降槽净化湿法磷酸的技术探讨

摘　　要：随着国内磷矿资源的日益匮乏,中低品位磷矿进入磷酸一铵生产系统的现状无法避免,为了保证磷酸一铵产品质量,需要降低磷酸中的含固量。本文重点分析利用锥形沉降槽物理净化磷酸的可行性,阐述有关工艺和维护要点,评价了其运行效果。Because of domestic phosphate rock resources shortage,the mid low grade phosphate rock used in ammonium phosphate production system can not avoid,in order to ensure product quality of ammonium phosphate and ensure product feasibility of quality of ammonium phosphate,the solid content in phosphoric acid must be reduced.The cone settling tank physical purification of phosphoric acid was analyzed,the related technology was elaborated,and their performance were evaluated.
