摘　　要：本文从基于资源的观点出发，建立了IT基础设施、战略IT柔性能力和企业竞争优势之间的概念模型，并在中国环境下进行了一次实证研究，分析结果显示该模型为企业如何从IT基础设施的角度来开发企业的战略IT柔性能力从而增强企业的竞争优势有明显的指导作用。This paper first established the conceptual model among IT infrastructure, strategic IT flexibility and competitive advantage,then made an empirical survey in Chinese environment. The result of the research showed that this model has a very good guiding impact on how to develop strategic IT flexibility to create Competitive Advantage based on IT infrastructure in corporations.
