摘　　要：全柱成像检测(whole column imaging detection,WCID)是近年来发展起来的新型检测技术.它与毛细管等电聚焦(capillary isoelectric focusing,CIEF)的联用取得了很大的成功.CIEF-WCID联用技术综合了CIEF的高分辨和WCID的可提供更多信息的优势,已广泛应用在生物分子的分析和蛋白质与其配体相互作用的研究中.WCID is a new type of technique that has developed rapidly these years. This technique has been successfully combined with CIEF. CIEF - WCID has been widely applied in the study on the analysis of bio-molecules and protein-ligand interactions by combining high resolution of CIEF with more information availability of WCID.
