摘 要:针对液压元件溢流阀发生故障时,其振动信号具有非线性的特点,以关联维数描述信号特性,采用G-P算法分别对溢流阀阀体正常和故障时的振动信号进行计算分析.溢流阀工作正常时阀体振动信号的关联维数值较大,发生故障时关联维数值较小,且不同状态下关联维不同.研究表明,采用关联维数诊断系统故障的方法是可行有效的.Correlation dimension for diagnosing the fault of the relief valve due to its nonlinearity was put forward in this paper.The correlation dimension of vibration signals obtained from relief valve was calculated by adopting G-P algorithm under various conditions including the normal condition and fault condition.From the analysis result,the value of the correlation dimension in normal state was bigger than that of the fault states,and the values were different within different working states.The experimental results indicated that correlation dimension was a suitable analysis tool for diagnosing the faults of relief valve.
