正常成人汉语普通话鼻音率的参考值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨成人汉语普通话鼻音率的正常参考值范围。方法应用NasometerⅡ6450型鼻流计,以"我和爸爸吃西瓜"(非鼻音句)、"我和妈妈喝牛奶"(口鼻音句)、"妈妈、妹妹和奶奶喝牛奶"(鼻音句)为测试材料,对135名符合入选标准的正常成人行鼻音率测定,分析不同性别之间的差异并得出正常参考值。结果三个语句鼻音率的均值分别为22.29%±5.21%、38.66%±6.25%、60.11%±6.99%,其性别之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常成人平均鼻音率非鼻音句95%参考值范围为12.08%～32.05%,99%参考值范围为8.85%～35.73%;口鼻音句95%参考值范围为26.41%～50.91%,99%参考值范围为22.54%～54.79%;鼻音句95%参考值范围为46.41%～73.81%,99%参考值范围为42.08%～78.14%。结论正常成人的汉语普通话鼻音率无性别差异,本研究制订了其正常参考值范围。Objective The purpose of this study was to obtain normative nasalance scores for adults subjects speaking the Chinese language. Methods Included were 135 healthy Chinese adults with normal oral and velopha- ryngeal structure and function, normal hearing levels, normal voice. Nasalance scores were obtained while reading three standard nasalance sentences by Nasometer Ⅱ （model 6450）. The data collected were statistically analyzed to determine if geaders played a role in differences in nasalance scores. Results The group mean （standard deviation） nasalance scores for the oral sentence, the oranasal sentence, and the nasal sentence were 22.29 4±5.21, 38.66 4±6. 25, 60.11±6.99, respectively. Conclusion There are no significant difference on normal nasalance scores between men and women.
