HIV感染者血浆新喋呤检测的临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨HIV感染者血浆新喋呤(Npt)水平的变化规律及其与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、HIV病毒载量的相关性。方法采用ELISA法定量检测129例HIV感染者和39例健康成人的血浆Npt水平,同时检测其CD4+T淋巴细胞数和HIV病毒载量,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 HIV感染者血浆Npt水平(24.10±26.03nmol/L)显著高于对照组(5.20±0.57nmol/L);随着病情进展呈逐渐上升趋势,与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数呈负相关(r=-0.397,P<0.05),与HIV病毒载量呈显著正相关(r=0.613,P<0.001)。结论血浆Npt可作为HIV感染者病情进展的参考指标,其与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数呈负相关,与HIV病毒载量呈显著正相关。Objective To study the correlation among the variation of plasma neopterin（Npt） levels of patients with HIV infection and CD4 ^＋ T lymphocyte cell counts, HIV viral load. Methods The plasma neopterin levels of 129 patients with HIV infection and 39 healthy adults were quantitatively detected by ELISA. The CD4^＋ T lymphocyte cell number and HIV viral load were detected and statistical analysis of the results were carried out. Results The plasma Npt levels of patients with HIV infection （24.10 ± 26.03 nmol/L） were significantly higher than that of the controls （5.20 ± 0.57 nmol/L）. It showed a gradual upward trend in disease progression and negative correlation to CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte counts （ r = - 0. 397, P 〈 0.05） and significant correlation to HIV viral load （ r = 0. 613, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions Plasma neopterin can be used as the reference index for disease progression of patients with HIV infection, which negatively correlated to CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte counts and significantly correlated to HIV viral load.
