摘　　要：为了适应日益复杂的竞争环境和竞争规则,企业保持竞争优势地位的关键是提高以技术创新能力为主要标志的核心竞争力,文章从博弈论的视角分析了我国企业技术创新的动力之源,研究发现企业是否进行技术创新和如何开展技术创新,不仅仅取决于自身的条件,还受到竞争对手行为和市场环境的影响。针对研究结论,文章总结了影响企业技术创新的关键因素,就如何促进企业开展技术创新提出了相应对策。In order to adapt to the increasingly compncaLcu compct,L, to keep competitive advantages for enterprises is to improve their core competitiveness represented mainly by technology innovation ability. From the perspective of the game theory, this paper is to analyze the source of impetuses for technology innovation of China＇s enterprises. The study found that the enterprise technology innovation not only depended on its own conditions, but also is influenced by the competitorse behavior and market environments. According to the studyconclusion of the study＇s conclusion, this paper summarizes the impact of the key factors in the enterprise technology innovation, and puts forward rele- vant countermeasures about how to promote technology innovation.
