住院患者对手术认知的情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解患者对手术的认知情况，为有效维护患者知情同意权提供参考。方法采取整群抽样和个别访谈的方法，调查了1753名住院患者及其病历，统计患者对手术认知和手术同意书填写的情况。结果手术同意书填写不规范，患者对手术风险、手术并发症以及替代方案认知与手术同意书填写存在显著差异，P〈0．01。结论要加强手术同意书书写和术前谈话的监督管理，强化医务人员法律教育，从而更好地维护患者合法权益。Objective To learn the extent to which the inpatients perceive the surgical operations to take, for the purpose of safeguarding inpatientsr legitimate rights. Methods 1753 inpatients were surveyed with cluster sampling and individual interview, and their medical records were studied to learn their perception of the surgery and the completion of their surgery consent. Results Problems found include poor perception of the operation and poor completion of the surgery consent; significant differences（P〈0. 01）are found in their perception of the risk and the complications, as well as their perception of options,and supervision of pre-surgery talks. Conclusion It is imperative to improve the completion of the surgery consent and supervision of the pre-surgery talks, and to provide medical workers with better legal education, for better protection of inpatients legitimate rights.
