十二指肠间质瘤的诊治及预后

摘　　要：回顾性分析位于十二指肠胃肠道间质瘤临床资料并随访,十二指肠间质瘤多位于十二指肠水平部(47.05%)和降部(29.41%),消化道出血为常见的临床表现(64.70%)。CD117和CD34阳性率分别为94.12%(16/17)、88.23%(15/17),截止随访结束,5例死亡患者均为Fletcher分级中、高危险度患者。The clinical data of duodental stromal tumors were analyzed retrospectively.Most of the duodental gastrointestinal stromal tumors were located in the horizontal part of duodenum（47.05%）and descending part of duodenum（29.41%）,alimentary tract hemorrhage was the common clinical manifestation（64.70%）.The positive rates of CD117 and CD34 were 94.12%（16/17）,88.23%（15/17）.5 patients who were middle and high in Fletcher classification died to the end of visitation.
