摘　　要：采取资料收集、问卷调查、个别访谈和座谈讨论等方法,对济南军区三级医药卫生科技查新站的建设情况进行调研。针对三级查新站建设中存在的问题,提出要进一步完善落实规章制度,加强信息资源的共建共享,提高查新人员的综合素质,拓展医学信息服务领域,促进全区医学科技查新工作的全面发展。By the way of survey on the type of data collection,questionnaire investigation ,interview differently and panel discussion, the construction status of the three-tier medical sci-teeh novelty retrieval stations in theater are studied in this paper.To promote an all-round development of medical sci-tech novelty retrieval in theater, the authors put forward the following suggestions based on the existing problems： futher implementing the rules and regulations, promoting information resources construction and sharing, enhancing the overall quality of novelty retrieval professionals and extending information service functions.
