摘　　要：目的探讨肛肠患者术后导尿管留置时间,为临床提供适宜的拔尿管时间。方法将所选病例随机分成两组,对两组患者拔尿管后排尿情况,尿路感染、尿潴留等不良反应及患者评价满意度进行观察并比较。结果拔除尿管后,实验组患者拔尿管后排尿通畅情况明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组尿路感染、尿潴留等不良反应少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者评价满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 72h是肛肠患者术后留置尿管拔除的适宜时间,不良反应少,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore catheter retention time of patient after anorectal operation,and to provide a suitable removing catheter time for clinic.Methods Random be divided into 2 sets to the case chosen,The urination condition,adverse reactions such as urinary tract infection,urinary retention and so on,and patients＇satisfaction evaluation of the two groups after removing catheter were observed and compared.Results After removing catheter,the urination condition of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group;Adverse reactions such as urinary tract infection,urinary retention and so on of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group;Patients＇ satisfaction evaluation of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion After aring anus bowels sufferer Shu detain feat time that urine tube pulls out for 72 hours,badly respond little,worth at clinical up expand to apply.
