摘　　要：本文借鉴IBM智慧医疗解决方案,概述以电子健康档案作为区域医疗信息化建设的信息载体,基于面向服务架构(Service-Oriented Architecture,SOA)的理念和架构,针对区域医疗中的重点问题,实现医院、社区、公共卫生等信息资源的整合和共享,从而实现以居民为中心的医疗服务体系。The IBM Wisdom Health Solving Project is used for reference,Overview is done in which electronic health records is used for information carrier of regional health informatization construction.Based on service-oriented architecture notion and framework,contraposing importment question in regional health to realize hospital and community and public health and so on information resource conformity and share,and to realize medical treatment service system according to central based on resident.
