摘　　要：本文引入商业中"获利能力分析指标"概念,对投放合作形式较为常见的检验科全自动生化分析系统进行成本效益核算,寻找由医疗设备采购方式引入的成本结构差异,通过对获利能力指标的定量研究,探讨采购方式对于系统运行成本产生的影响。最终形成了不同调控政策下投放合作与招标采购的经济学获利能力分析;同时利用研究平台,对不同工作环境下的生化分析系统种类选择进行了初步的探讨,为机型配置提供了一定的参考建议。Starting from the economics,we introduce the conception of profitability indicators and do the cost-benefit accounting of biochemical systems.Based on the quantitative research of profitability indicators,the article elaborates the influence factors of operation and maintenance cost caused by procurement method.We eventually analyze the profitability in different control policies and provide the reference for the choice of procurement method.Meanwhile,we also discuss the selection of biochemical analyzer under different working environment.
