地方高校学报的编辑理念与刊物特色

摘　　要：针对地方高校学报缺乏特色、优质稿源不足、读者意识淡薄等主要问题,认为高校学报应立足于本校的学科优势、区域优势、人才优势,办出自己的刊物特色。学报编辑作为刊物活动的主体,其编辑思想与办刊理念始终渗透于办刊的每个环节,影响甚至决定了刊物特色的形成。因此,编辑理念应包括可持续发展理念、策划理念、人文理念、质量理念、市场理念等。There are some problems in the journals of local universities,such as lack of features,shortage of good contributions and weak reader-awareness.Therefore,this paper suggests that the journals of local universities should take discipline advantage,region advantage and talent advantage into consideration to have their own features.In practice,this paper puts forward some editorial concepts which play a vital role in forming features of each own,including the sustainable development concept,subject plan concept,humanism concept,quality concept,market thoughts etc.
