摘  要:爬竹和小蓬竹都是贵州特有的极危物种。二者分布范围狭窄,随着环境的不断恶化,数量也在不断减少。本文用石蜡切片的方法对两个竹种根、茎和叶进行解剖研究,并对二者各个结构进行了比较,结果表明:根的解剖结构中,爬竹的皮层层数和后生木质部束数比小蓬竹的少;茎的解剖结构基本一致,维管束类型都为紧腰型;叶的解剖结构中,爬竹主脉的机械组织比小蓬竹发达,爬竹表皮毛明显少于小蓬竹。Ampelocalamus scandens and Drepanostachyum luodianense were endemic and critically endangered species in Guizhou Province.Both species distributed in a narrow area that is now being reduced continuously due to the deteriorative environment.In the current work,anatomical structure of roots,stems and leaves of the two bamboo species were investigated using paraffin section method.The results showed that the quantity of cortex and metaxylem of Ampelocalamus scandens were less than that of Drepanostachyum luodianenses in the anatomical structure of roots.The two species possessed the same anatomical structure of stems,and their type of vascular bundle could be classified as tight lumbar.In the anatomical structure of leaves,the mechanical tissue of Ampelocalamus scandens was more flourishing than that of Drepanostachyum luodianense.On the contrary,the epidermal hair number of the former was much less than that of the latter.
