摘　　要：目的分析经桡动脉选择性全脑血管造影的护理体会。方法 2010年针对脑血管疾病共治疗了67例患者,所有患者都进行了桡动脉选择性全脑血管造影的治疗,并加强了血管造影护理。结果其中62例患者的手术顺利,2例患者的主动脉弓出现严重扭曲,3例患者的桡动脉产生痉挛,选择其他术式后完成手术。结论经桡动脉选择性全脑血管造影的应用安全性高,手术方便,患者伤口微小,无需制动休养,不易引发并发症,能减轻护理工作人员的压力,优先选择此方法治疗适宜病例。Objective To analyze nursing experience oftransradial selective cerebral angiography. Methods In our hospital in 2010, 67 patients with cerebrovascular disease received transradial selective cerebral angiography with good nursing. Results The operation was smooth in 62 patients, aortic arch appeared serious distortion in 2 cases, radial artery occurred spasm in 3 cases. Conclusion Selective cerebral angiography via radial artery is safe, convenient with small wound, less complications, no rest in bed to alleviate the pressure of nursing staff. It is a preferred method of treatment for the patients.
