医院检验科临床凝血试验结果的质量评价分析

摘　　要：目的分析本院检验科参与河南省临床凝血试验室间质量评价项目（2007—2010年）的检测结果，总结临床凝血试验操作经验，探讨不断提高凝血试验检测水平的方法。方法本院检验科3个实验室按照河南省临床检验中心要求，对其4年间发放的60份临床凝血质控样品进行检测。对相关参控项目的检测结果进行统计学分析。结果本院凝血试验室间质量评价参控项目总正确率为95．8％。单项检测结果显示，凝血酶原时间（PT）的检测正确率最低（91．7％），活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）检测正确率次之（95％），PT一国际标准化比值（INR）（98．3％）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）（98．3％）检测正确率最高。结论为保证临床凝血试验检验结果的准确性，实验室应按照相关规程做好各项质量控制，如定期校准仪器，优选试剂，不断完善实验室质量管理等规范工作。Objective Through analyzing clinical blood coagulation laboratory quality evaluation results of Henan Chest Hospital from 2007 to 2010, to sum up the operational experience of clinical coagulation tests, and continuously improve the quality of detection. Methods According to requirements of Henan clinical inspection center, 60 clinical coagulation control samples which provided from Henan clinical inspection center were detected, and the results of control samples were analyzed. Results The total accuracy of the control samples was 95.8%. Single project results statistics showed that the correct rate of the prothrombin time （PT） was lowest （91. 7%）, activated partial thomboplastin time （APTT） was the second lowest （95%）, and PT-international normalized ratio （INR） （98.3%）, fibrinogen （FIB） （98.3%） were the highest. Conclusions To ensure the accuracy of the test results, the laboratory staff members should ensure the indoor quality control strictly, calibrate equipment regularly, optimize reagent , and improve the quality of the laboratory management continuously.
