摘　　要：上海拥有与其他中国城市不同的建筑形象和特色风貌。近年来．由于城市土地的再开发，一些已确定的 历史保护区受到了严重的威胁。外滩的房地产置换有效地保护了近代优秀建筑和该地段的历史空间环境。 要建立良好的保护机制以保护和创建有特色的空间环境。Shanghai boasts for its special architectural-scape and environmental features in China. During the recent years, some historic districts, although had been designated for preservation, are under serious threats owning to the large- scale urban renewal. The replacement of users of the old buildings in the Bund does efficiently preserve its excellent historic environmental features. We should establish an appropriate preservation system so as to be able to preserve the charaCteristic features of our urban environment.
