摘 要:目的:探讨清心开窍方挥发油对Aβ25-35杏仁核注射诱导AD大鼠皮质区GFAP、Aβ、βAPP及IL-6表达的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、模型组、安理申组、清心开窍方组和挥发油组。采用杏仁核注射Aβ25-35诱导AD大鼠模型,观察大鼠水迷宫空间记忆能力,并通过免疫组化方法研究皮质区GFAP、Aβ、βAPP及IL-6的表达。结果:清心开窍方和挥发油能改善AD大鼠学习记忆能力,大鼠皮质区GFAP、Aβ、βAPP及IL-6表达水平降低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:清心开窍方能明显改善AD大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制可能是通过降低皮质GFAP、Aβ、βAPP及IL-6的表达发生作用。Objective:To study the effect of Qingxin Kaiqiao prescription and volatile oil on the expression of GFAP,Aβ and βAPP in the cortex of AD rats.Methods:Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: the control group,the model group,the Aricept group,the Qingxin Kaiqiao prescription group and the volatile oil group.AD was induced by Aβ25-35 injected into the bilateral amygdala to observe the spatial learning and memony ability and the expression of GFAP,Aβ,βAPP and IL-6by immunohistochemistry in the cortex of the animal.Results: Learning and memory ability of Qingxin Kaiqiao prescription group and volatile oil group were improved,and the expression of GFAP,Aβ,βAPP and IL-6 in the cortex of AD rats decreased.Compared with comparison group,the difference was notable(P0.05).Conclusion:Qingxin Kaiqiao prescription may obviously improve the learning and memory ability of rats with AD by decreasing the expression of GFAP,Aβ,βAPP and IL-6 in the cortex.
