心脑通络液对脑梗塞大鼠脑组织BFGFmRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织BFGFmRNA表达的影响。方法:采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,以步长脑心通为对照,在造模成功48h后观察心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织BFGFmRNA表达的影响。结果:与模型组比较心脑通络液各剂量组脑组织BFGFmRNA的表达均有不同程度升高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),以高剂量组变化最为显著,高、低剂量组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:心脑通络液可促进局灶性脑缺血大鼠急性期BFGFmR-NA的表达,从逆转录水平减轻炎性损害,有效减轻神经元的缺血损伤。Objective：To observe the effect of Xinnao Tongluo Liquid on the expressive changes of BFGFmRNA in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats.Methods：To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread,compared with Buchangnaoxintong,the effect of expressive changes of BFGFmRNA in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats were observed in 48h after cerebralischemia.Results： Compared with model group,the expression of BFGFmRNA in brain of each dose group of Xinnao Tongluo Liquid increased and the difference was significant（P0.01）with the most markedly changing of high-does group,the difference among high-dose group,low-dose group and control group was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： Xinnao Tongluo Liquid can promote the expression of BFGFmRNA in brain tissue of cerebral ischemia rats and alleviate the damage of inflammation in transcriptional level to reach to ameliorate the degree of ischemia damage in effect.
