乳腺后间隙局部浸润麻醉在乳腺多发性肿物Mammotome系统旋切术中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析总结乳腺后间隙局部浸润麻醉在高频超声引导下Mammotome系统行乳腺多发性肿块旋切术的临床应用体会。方法:对2008年9月-2011年3月门诊和住院治疗的556例乳腺多发性肿块患者,超声引导下行Mammotome微创旋切术切除1 968个肿块的资料进行回顾性综合分析。结果:沿着针道方向乳腺后间隙进行局部浸润麻醉,注射药物无阻力,麻醉效果好。超声引导成功率及显示率为100%,1 968个肿块术中超声检查证实完全切除。结论:乳腺后间隙局部麻醉,方法简单快捷安全;完全能满足超声引导下Mammotome旋切术对多发性乳腺肿块进行微创切除术的麻醉需求,有临床推广应用价值。Objective:To evaluate the applying value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimal invasive system in treatment of masses of breasts.Methods:From September 2008 to March 2011,556 female patients with 1 968 breast lumps underwent minimal invasive excision using ultrasound guided Mammotome vacuum assisted device,and the operative outcomes were retrospectively analyzed.Results:1 968 Masses of breasts were excised completely without obvious scar,and along pin hole local anesthesia after breast gap were not resistance to inject drug and anesthesia result good.Conclusion:The ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimal invasive system is minimally invasive,and local anesthesia after breast gap is feasible and suitable,which can be applied widely.
