中西医结合治疗重症手足口病临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗重症手足口病的疗效。方法将100例重症手足口病患儿完全随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。对照组患儿采用西医常规方法治疗，治疗组患儿在此基础上加用中药颗粒剂，比较2组患儿体温恢复正常时间、皮疹、疱疹消退时间，口腔溃疡愈合时间，住院时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿体温恢复正常时间、口腔溃疡及疱疹愈合时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组[分别为（2．1±1．2）d比（3．1±1．1）d、（3．2±0．6）d比（4．3±0．5）d、（5．3±1．0）d比（7．3±1．3）d，均P〈0．05]。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组[98．0％（49／50）比84．0％（42／50）]。结论中西医结合治疗重症手足口病患者疗效较好，值得推广。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine treating severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Severe hand-foot-mouth disease cases were divided into two groups：therapeutic group and observation group, based on the application of traditional Chinese medicine. Clinical information was compared and analyzed. Results The febrile duration, time of hospitalization and recovery rate in two groups were significantly different. The total effctive rate was 98% in the treatment group and 84.0% in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe hand-foot-mouth disease can shorten the course and improve the prognosis. This study shows the efficiency of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe hand-foot-mouth disease.
