摘 要:对联营和双边交易混存的跨省区电力市场,提出考虑无功潮流影响的输电费用分摊方法。设计了描述任意复杂的联营和双边交易的数学模型。基于交易引起的支路电流响应向量及功率向量,提出了将交易等值成复功率元件后各交易使用线路份额。提出基于使用度将跨省区输电费用直接分配给所有交易的方法。通过IEEE14节点的实例仿真验证了该方法的合理性和可行性,为跨省区输电定价提供了一种有效方法。In view of the cross-regional and cross-provincial power market in which the pool and bilateral trades coexist, the transmission cost allocation considering the effect of reactive power is proposed. At first, the description framework of any complex pool and bilateral trade is designed. Secondly, based on the current response vector and power vector caused by the trade, the equivalent complex element of the trade is given, and the share of use of line by each trade is showed. At last, the transmission cost allocation according to use of line and dependence on grid is given. This method is also verified reasonable and feasible by the IEEE 14-bus system simulation. And this method is used for the cross-regional and cross-provincial transmission pricing.
