中药何首乌饮对衰老大鼠睾丸组织NO和iNOS含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察何首乌饮对衰老雄性大鼠睾丸组织一氧化氮(NO)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)含量的影响。方法:D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射的方法建立亚急性衰老大鼠模型,并用补肾中药何首乌饮进行干预,分别检测各组大鼠睾丸组织NO和iNOS的含量。结果:与正常对照组大鼠比较,模型组大鼠睾丸组织NO和iNOS含量明显升高(P<0.01);何首乌饮可抑制衰老模型大鼠睾丸组织NO和iNOS含量的升高,何首乌饮预防组和何首乌饮延缓衰老组与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:何首乌饮具有一定延缓睾丸衰老的作用,机制可能与降低衰老大鼠睾丸组织NO和iNOS的含量有关。To observe the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hcshouwuyin on nitric oxide （NO） and inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） content in testis of aging rots.Methods：The subacute aging model rats were made by injecting Dgal into the abdominal cavity continuously; And Heshouwuyin was lavaged for ageing model rats. The NO and iNOS content in testis of rats were respectively detected.Results：Compared with normal conlml rots, the NO and iNOS content in testis of aging model rats increased significantly （P〈 0.01）. Heshouwuyin could inhibit increasing of NO and iNOS content in testis of ageing model rats, there had significant differences between model group and Heshouwuyin pretreaanent group, Heshouwuyin anti-aging group （P〈 0.01）.Conelusions：Heshouwuyin has fairly anti aging effects on testis, the mechanisms may be related with decreasing effects on NO and iNOS content in testis.
