摘　　要：文章从3G的核心理念和数字图书馆的服务宗旨出发,探讨了3G环境下数字图书馆发展的局限性,将三网融合技术引入到数字图书馆服务体系构建中,从三网融合的角度构建了新环境下数字图书馆的服务模型,并对模型中使用的相关技术进行总结归纳,提出了该服务模型的实现策略。Beginning with the core concept of 3G and the service goals of digital library, the paper discusses the limitations of digital library under 3G environment, introduces the technologies of Three Network Convergence in the service system of digital library, constructs a new service model for digital library, and proposes the strategies for achieving the model.
