摘　　要：目的:为进一步推动医疗机构药械质量规范化管理提供参考。方法:利用温岭市医疗机构计算机配备及药品监督、医疗卫生信息网络,对全市医疗机构药械采购、使用、储存环节实施电子化网络管理。结果与结论:通过坚持分级分批、优先实施,部门协作、资源共享,执行制度、力促落实,全面覆盖、强化监管等措施实施医疗机构药械质量电子化监管,成效明显,如药械购、销、存信息在线掌握;药械使用监管信息及时发送;诚信体系评定建设有效开展;基本药物使用质量全程监管;药品管理高效、规范;药品不良反应监测报告网络面不断扩大。尽管其在卫生、药监监管软件对接等方面存在一些问题,仍值得推广和借鉴。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the further promotion of the standardized management of drugs and appli- ance quality in medical institutions. METHODS： The computers, the drug administration network and the health information net- work of the medical institutions in wenling were all adopted to achieve electronic management of drug procurement, acceptance and storage in medical institutions. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS ： The implementation of electronic administration for the drug and ap- pliance quality among the medical institutions achieved remarkable success by some measures, such as classification and in batch, giving priorities to some items, the cooperation of different departments, resource sharing, implementation system, urging for im- plementation, overall covering and enhancing supervision. The information of drug purchase, sale and storage can be mastered on- line; supervision of drug and appliance use can be sent timely; faith system evaluation has been conducted effectively; the quality of essential drugs use have been administrated in the whole process; drug management is effective and standard; drug adverse reac- tion monitoring report network cover lager scope. Although there are some problems in the aspect of the docking between the drug administration network and the health information network, it is still worth reference for the drug administration system.
