摘　　要：用分光光度法测定了黄河流域、长江流域16个省同一时期银杏叶中总黄酮的含量,测试结果表明,黄酮含量与生长地域有密切的相关性。据此,本文对各地域银杏叶的开发价值进行了评价,并对银杏叶的开发利用提出了建设性的建议,具有一定的宏观指导意义。为合理开发利用好我国这一特有资源提供可靠的理论依据。The content of total flavone in ginkgo leaves of the same growth period collected from 16 provinces of China was determined with spectrophotometry. Results indicated a close relationship of the flavone content with the growing area.While the leaves collected along the Yangtze River Valley had a higher content of flavone than the leaves collected along the Yellow River, the leaves collected in the middle reaches of both rivers were more valuable for flavone production than the leaves collected in the southeastern part and northwestern part.
