摘　　要：对科技社团承接政府职能相关政策进行调研,并通过问卷调查的方式对杭州市科技社团承接政府职能情况进行数据搜集和分析,同时,对国内部分省市的科技社团承接政府职能相关情况进行研究,在此基础上得出科技社团承接政府职能转移的相关政策建议。This article did the theoretical research about related policies of the technical mass organization in undertaking the government function through the method of questionnaire survey collected and data about the whole situation of Hang- zhou technical mass organization in undertaking the government function. Meanwhile, the paper studied the relevant situa- tions of technical mass organizations of some domestic provinces and cities in undertaking the government function, obtained relative policy suggestions of the technical mass organization in undertaking the government function shifted.
