摘　　要：进行大量的问卷调查及专家访谈工作,运用AHP-SWOT分析方法,对榆阳地区发展绿色物流的影响因素按权重进行排序,确定发展战略,并提出具体的应对措施。As an important city, Yuyang development of the logistics industry is facing a new development opportunity, but also more severe challenges. The paper has a great deal of survey work and interviews with experts, it also uses AHP - SWOT analysis to sort the regional development of Yuyang of green logistics by weight factors to determine the development strategy. It finally puts forward specific responses.
