摘　　要：应用数据包络分析方法 (DEA)对我国西部地区23所省部共建211高校2007-2009年的科研效率进行了评价,对非DEA有效高校的可能原因进行理论分析,提出非DEA有效高校提升其科研效率的方法与措施。The paper evaluates the data envelopment analysis （DEA） to 23 ＂211 universities＂ in western region of China which is built by provincial department altogether. At the same time, it effectively analyzes theoretically the universities of the possible reasons for the DEA. In the end, it puts forward the DEA effective university to boost its methods and meas- ures of scientific research efficiency.
