摘　　要：通过对目前研究型大学科研管理人员现状与存在的问题的分析,借鉴国外比较成熟的素质评价理论,构建研究型大学科研管理人员素质模型,对提高与培养科研管理人员素质和研究型大学的科研水平具有现实指导意义。From the present situation and the existing problems in research university, and the lessons from foreign mature quality evaluation, the paper constructs a scientific research management personnel quality model to improve the quality of personnel management and training of scientific research and scientific research level in research university has realistic di- rective significance.
