摘　　要：梳理后危机时代国际新信息技术的最新趋势和技术热点,指出云计算从概念走向实践是信息技术走向成熟的标志,提出立足我国优势和基础,抓住发展云计算的重要战略机遇,通过云计算实现弯道超车,提升我国信息产业国际竞争力的目标,以及实现这个目标的一系列政策建议。The paper sorts the latest trends and hot spots of new international information technology in the post crisis era, then it points out that cloud computing from the concept to practice is a maturity sign of the information technology. Based on our country＇ s strength and basis, we should seize an important opportunity of cloud computing to enhance the interna- tional competitiveness of our information industry. For this goal, the paper proposes a series of policy recommendations.
