摘　　要：介绍了所设计的开放式CBM支撑平台的的体系架构、模型构建、算法集成调用、标准通信规约等关键技术,收集设备状态数据,对数据进行分析挖掘,对电气设备状态检修工作提出了具体建议。This paper presents the key technologies（e.g.architecture,model construction,algorithm integration, standard communication protocol） in the design of the open CBM platform.Then this research focuses on equipment condition data collection and data analysis.Finally specific suggestions are porposed as for the condition-based maintenance of electrical equipments.
