摘 要:风能的间歇性和波动性给风电大规模并网带来了不利影响,在风电场出口处安装储能系统可以有效调节并网功率的变化率,提高风电场并网运行的稳定性。分析了基于低通滤波原理的储能系统平滑时间常数和平抑效果关系,给出了一种新的平滑时间常数选取方法和基于正态分布的储能系统功率和容量的计算方法,在满足我国风电并网标准的条件下,尽可能地减小储能系统规模,并利用实际风电场数据加以分析验证。The intermittence and fluctuation of wind energy have adverse impacts on large-scale grid connection of wind power.Installing energy storage system at the exit of wind farm can effectively adjust the power variation rate and accordingly improve the stability of the grid-connected wind power.This paper analyzes the relationship between the energy storage system suppression effect and its time constant based on low-pass filter principles,and presents a new selection method of time constant,as well as storage power and capacity algorithm based on the normal distribution. The actual wind farm data analysis verifies that the proposed methods can help to minimize the size of the energy storage system under the premise of meeting the standard for wind power integration in China,expected to provide decisionmaking reference to energy storage system design.
