复方白头翁汤结肠靶向片中白头翁皂苷B_4兔体内药动学研究

摘　　要：目的考察复方白头翁汤结肠靶向片(白头翁、关黄柏、黄连、秦皮)和非结肠靶向片药物代谢动力学的区别。方法 6只家兔随机分成复方白头翁汤结肠靶向组(结肠靶向)和复方白头翁汤组(非结肠靶向)。采用HPLC测定兔血浆中白头翁皂苷B4,并用DAS 2.1.1版药代动力学分析软件计算主要药动学参数。结果复方白头翁汤结肠靶向组中白头翁皂苷B4的血药浓度出现时间晚于复方白头翁汤组,其达峰时间延迟了6 h,最大血药浓度仅为复方白头翁汤组的17.59%。结论复方白头翁汤结肠靶向片与非结肠靶向片相比,具有结肠靶向的优势。AIM To investigate the pharmacokinetics comparison between the colon-targeted tablets and non colon-targeted tablets of Compound Baitouweng Decoction （Pulsatillae Radix, Phellodendri amurensis Cortex, Cop- tidis Rhizoma, Fraxini Cortex）. METHODS Six rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, Compound Bai- touweng Decoction colon-targeted tablets group （colon-targeted group）, and Compound Baitouweng Decoction tab- lets group （non colon-targeted group）. Anemoside B4in rabbits＇ plasma was adopted as the marker constituent of HPLC analysis. And the main metabolic parameters were measured by DAS 2.1.1 pharmacokinetic analysis soft- ware. RESULTS Time to peak of plasma anemoside B4 concentration was delayed in colon-targeted group and ap- peared six hours＇ delay as compared with that in non colon-targeted group. Maximum plasma anemoside B4 concen- tration in colon-targeted group was 17.59% in non colon-targeted group. CONCLUSION Compound Baitouweng Decoction colon-targeted tablets have the advantage over the non colon-targeted tablets of similar prescription.
