摘  要:目的制备胡芦巴胶改性材料并对其结构和粉体性质进行表征,评价其用于片剂时对崩解和溶出性能的影响及其潜在机制。方法分别制备胡芦巴胶与甘露醇的共研物、与丙烯酸的共聚物,通过红外光谱表征各材料的结构变化、扫描电镜观察其表观形态,测定其粉末的休止角、松密度和振实密度以及在不同介质中的吸水溶胀性能,压制不同含有量上述材料的盐酸小檗碱片并测定片剂崩解时限和溶出度。结果低含有量胡芦巴胶能改善片剂崩解和溶出,但用量增大则延缓崩解;与甘露醇制得的共研物在吸水性、流动性和促进崩解等方面均得到一定程度提高;与丙烯酸的共聚物呈多孔状、遇水迅速膨胀呈透明凝胶,流动性和促崩解性能明显提高,且可能作为超级崩解剂应用,有利于拓宽其在药剂中的应用。结论共研和共聚均在一定程度上改善了胡芦巴胶的流动和吸水性能,能够显著促进片剂崩解和释药,有利于拓宽其在药剂中的应用。AIM To evaluate the influence of fenugreek galactomannan(FGM),and its modified materials on the disintegration and dissolution properties of tablets.METHODS FGM co-grinding of FGM with mannitol and copolymer of FGM with acrylic acid(to form superporous hydrogel hybrid(SPHH)) were prepared and characterized by SEM and FTIR analysis,and their density,angle of repose fluidity and water swelling property were tested.Berberine Hydrochloride Tablet was evaluated for disintegration time and dissolution behavior.RESULTS The experiment showed that bit of FGM improved the tablet disintegration and dissolution behavior,but excess of FGM delayed those processes.Co-grinding of FGM with mannitol increased water absorption fluidity and sped up the disintegration.SPHH presented a prous transparent gel appearance with rapid water swelling,and promoted the fluidity and disintegration.CONCLUSION Modified materials of FGM have good properties of mobility and hydroscopicity,and can improve the tablet manufacture.
